You crave structure and progression with your training program
No, you don’t need a gym membership to get started. Whether you're experienced in the gym, just starting out or prefer training at home, your program will be tailored to suit your environment and comfort level. This is exactly why I work with every client individually - to create an approach that fits your lifestyle, equipment access, and preferences.
If you’re training at home, your program will be customised to work with the equipment you have available - whether that’s just your bodyweight or some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands.
The time commitment varies depending on your goals and current fitness level, but most clients find that dedicating 3-5 sessions per week works well. Each session is designed to fit realistically into your lifestyle, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, with flexibility to adjust based on your schedule.
Check-ins are a key part of your coaching support. They give us the opportunity to reflect on your progress, talk through any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These can cover training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle - depending on what you need most. It’s a space to ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable, all while making sure the approach continues to work for you and your goals. You will have a check in form to fill out for feedback at the end of week three and a call with Meg (calls are not mandatory if you are not comfortable)
I don’t provide rigid meal plans because flexibility is key to sustainable success. Instead, I’ll guide you to enjoy quality food while staying within your goals, helping you build a healthy relationship with eating that fits your lifestyle. Calorie targets are recommended but not essential, as every client starts from a different place with their relationship to food. My goal is to work with you, not against you, to create a plan that feels manageable and supports your lifestyle.
