The Foundation Builder is ideal for two types of clients:
Those who already have some experience with training and nutrition but are seeking ongoing 1:1 guidance, structure, and accountability.
Clients who have completed The Rebuild Experience and want continued support to maintain momentum and stay consistent.

The Rebuild Experience is designed for those who are starting their fitness journey or returning after a break, and want focused, high-level 1:1 support from the beginning.
It’s especially suited for people who have struggled in the past with restrictive diets, extreme workout plans, or perfectionist thinking — and are now ready to build lasting habits in a sustainable, balanced way. This program is about cutting through the noise, rebuilding from the ground up, and creating real, lasting change — physically and mentally. In The Rebuild Experience, you’ll also have access to ongoing support between check-ins, so you’re never navigating things on your own.
No, you don’t need a gym membership to get started. Whether you're experienced in the gym, just starting out, or prefer training at home, your program will be tailored to suit your environment and comfort level. This is exactly why I work 1:1 with every client - to create an approach that fits your lifestyle, equipment access, and preferences.Â
If you’re training at home, your program will be customised to work with the equipment you have available - whether that’s just your bodyweight or some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands.
The time commitment varies depending on your goals and current fitness level, but most clients find that dedicating 3-5 sessions per week works well. Each session is designed to fit realistically into your lifestyle, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, with flexibility to adjust based on your schedule.
Check-ins and review calls are a key part of your coaching support. They give us the opportunity to reflect on your progress, talk through any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions can cover training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle — depending on what you need most. It’s a space to ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable, all while making sure the approach continues to work for you and your goals.
I don’t provide rigid meal plans because flexibility is key to sustainable success. Instead, I’ll guide you to enjoy quality food while staying within your goals, helping you build a healthy relationship with eating that fits your lifestyle. Calorie targets are recommended but not essential, as every client starts from a different place with their relationship to food. My goal is to work with you, not against you, to create a plan that feels manageable and supports your lifestyle.
