You want a quick 4 week fix for your holiday. You are here to learn how to achieve weight loss, become strong ad fit and make this a lifestyle change, I don't work with women who want to put a plaster over a wound. You are promised in depth support to last you a lifetime.
You don't want to change your habits. The reason why you can't maintain fat loss, workout routine or calorie amount is becauuse you are not doing the little things eg; reducing caffeine, steering away from the default to be lowest calorie meals as possible, finding healthy coping mechanisms when life gives you lemons. You get the gist.
You don't want to communicate with me. This is by far my biggest coaching value, if we don't have good communication with each other then how am I meant to navigate through your struggles and celebrate your wins. This is a MUST!
You don't want to grow internally as well as externally. One of the biggest shifts my clients go through is they turn into the woman they've dreamt about and it is not always easy. I notice the patterns that are holding you back and I will bring them to your attention and this will need internal work. Common patterns that hold my clients back are turning to food as an emotional regulator, accepting its too late in the week to go to the gym, self sabotaging after a weekend off track and choosing to do nothing if one thing goes wrong in the week.

We offer two coaching packages.
1:1 Premium Coaching - £199 per month
1:1 Standard Coaching - £99 per month
PIF options available on request. Coaching has a minimum term of 12 weeks, this is the perfect length of time for me to understand your needs and for you to achieve your dream body.
I will be in contact to book a 1:1 consultation call. This is mandatory for both coaching packages. In this consultation call, there is absolutely nothing to worry about. It is time for us to sit down, go through your goals in real time and I understand where your baseline is and then map out your training program, nutrition and support.

WOO! You have just commited to YOU and your growth - how exciting!! The next steps involve a 1:1 30 minute call with me to discuss you, your goals and your lifestyle so I can understand you as a person and your needs. You will gain access to an app containing your personalised training program and nutrition, The Meg Fitness Education Portal and Community WhatsApp group chat (group chat optional but reccommended!).Â
We will have weekly check-ins - these can be calls, voicenote or messaging. The time commitment varies depending on your goals and current fitness level, but most clients find that dedicating 3-5 sessions per week works well. Each session is designed to fit realistically into your lifestyle, typically lasting between 30 to 60 minutes, with flexibility to adjust based on your schedule.Â
Check-ins and review calls are a key part of your coaching support. They give us the opportunity to reflect on your progress, talk through any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions can cover training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle depending on what you need most! It’s a space to ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable, all while making sure the approach continues to work for you and your goals.
Calls are ONLY included in 1:1 Premium Coaching. Check ins, which are in form format, are every week inside 1:1 Premium Coaching and bi-weekly in 1:1 Standard Coaching.
I don’t provide rigid meal plans because flexibility is key to sustainable success. Instead, I’ll guide you to enjoy quality food while staying within your goals, helping you build a healthy relationship with eating that fits your lifestyle. Calorie targets are recommended (and provided by me!) but not essential, as every client starts from a different place with their relationship to food. My goal is to work with you, not against you, to create a plan that feels manageable and supports your lifestyle. With the help of the Meg Fitness Meal Planner, my clients have never found their meal prep easier!
