Melissa came to me wanting to lose fat, lean off fixating on scale weight, have clothes fit better, strengthen joints and become stronger.
Before, she had been on multiple diets that fuelled an all or nothing mindset and after every social event, holiday half term or not being well she would enter the "screw it" mentality every time. She constantly saw exercise and eating healthy as something to dip in and out of - it never really stuck.
Now, the day after social events, she just cracks on as normal! She has fell in love with the process, trusts the process and accepts that all these events that held her back before are a part of life.
